I believe in the power of Gratitude. I would like to here your gratitude stories. Please share how you incorporate gratitude in your life.

1) Get up early.
2) Utilize affirmations and visualizations as soon as you get up (This is the time of maximum learning potential)
3) Have a Health breakfast (Have some type of fresh fruit)
4) Use a radio clock set for soothing music as an alarm, so you wake up softly.
5) Make sure at some point you engage in an act of kindness in the morning (stranger, loved one, etc.)
