4) Use a radio clock set for soothing music as an alarm, so you wake up softly.
5) Make sure at some point you engage in an act of kindness in the morning (stranger, loved one, etc.)

Making a Great Cup of Tea
1) Rinse a teapot with hot water to preheat.
2) Fill teakettle with fresh cold water and bring to a full rolling boil.
3) Use one teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water. Place into teapot or infusing basket.
4) Pour boiling water over the tea. (Wait one minute after boiling for green tea)
5) Steep 3 to 5 minutes. It takes time for the leaves to unfold and release their flavor.

How do you brew the ideal cup of coffee? Well, below are some helpful tips to make that morning coffee a truely satisfying experience.
You want to make an effort to use those freshly roasted beans 7 to 10 days after the roasting process. This will ensure that you are getting the best coffee.
Make sure you only grind those beans right before you make your cup of coffee.

Have you ever notice how good you feel when you are in a “creative” zone? Creativity is intoxicating. However, when we experience emotional and mental gridlock our level of creativity crashes. So, what can you do to keep the creative juices flowing? Here is some food for thought!
