Making a Great Cup of Tea

1) Rinse a teapot with hot water to preheat.
2) Fill teakettle with fresh cold water and bring to a full rolling boil.
3) Use one teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water. Place into teapot or infusing basket.
4) Pour boiling water over the tea. (Wait one minute after boiling for green tea)
5) Steep 3 to 5 minutes. It takes time for the leaves to unfold and release their flavor.

Last night a led a discussion about finding your passion and creating a success blueprint build on authenticity. The group was made up of entrepreneurial women of Park City, Utah. These women have the right idea. Every month they get together to decompress and build each other up, while sharing their wide breath of knowledge.
This concept that lifting others up will lift you up in the process was talked about at length. John Maxwell, stated, “When you add value to others you become more valuable.” and “If you help others …
