Starting the Day off Right!

1) Get up early.
2) Utilize affirmations and visualizations as soon as you get up (This is the time of maximum learning potential)
3) Have a Health breakfast (Have some type of fresh fruit)
4) Use a radio clock set for soothing music as an alarm, so you wake up softly.
5) Make sure at some point you engage in an act of kindness in the morning (stranger, loved one, etc.)

I am inspired today

Last night a led a discussion about finding your passion and creating a success blueprint build on authenticity. The group was made up of entrepreneurial women of Park City, Utah. These women have the right idea. Every month they get together to decompress and build each other up, while sharing their wide breath of knowledge.

What is your level of creativity?

Have you ever notice how good you feel when you are in a “creative” zone? Creativity is intoxicating. However, when we experience emotional and mental gridlock our level of creativity crashes. So, what can you do to keep the creative juices flowing? Here is some food for thought!
1) Do not turn the TV on when you get home from work. I know the TV is tempting. However, it will swallow time. Furthermore, we are typically saturated with negative information. Break the pattern!

Great barriers can be breached and challenges can be overcome when dedication and inspiration collaborate. Please take some time today to sit quietly and take five full breaths, taking the time to notice how your breath is entering and exiting your body. When you reach the fifth breath reflect on how inspiration and dedication have come together in your life.
Remember, meditation & mindfulness techniques are excellent ways of tuning your mind into the mindset of success and growth.
